Important Information for New Clients

Initial Appointment
For your first session, I recommend booking 60 minutes, which includes 5-10 minutes to discuss your health history, treatment plan, and assessment, ensuring ample time for hands-on treatment.

New Clients
New clients must identify as female or be children (under the age of 16). Male clients are accepted by referral only.

Rates & Taxes
Please note that all rates are subject to an additional 13% HST.

Clients with Insurance
We provide payment receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. WE DO NOT OFFER DIRECT BILLING.

All treatments are administered by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
